It's Christmas time in Tennessee and there's no better place to celebrate than in the Powell Community! With the Christmas Parade, Christmas Eve traditions, and the sights and sounds of the season, you'll make Christmas memories that last a lifetime.
Saturday, December 3 at 5pm
The annual Powell Community Christmas Parade sponsored by the Powell Lions Club signifies the official start of the Christmas season in Powell. Come experience the sights and sounds of Christmas as the award winning Powell High School Panther Band, dozens of floats from community organizations and businesses, and of course the Jolly Ol' Man himslef make their way down Emory Road. And don't forget to bring a bag for all the candy!

Start a new tradition with your family this Christmas Eve at the Powell Community Christmas Eve service hosted by OneLife Church. Candlelight, Christmas Carols, the Christmas Story and more will provide an experience for the entire family. Highlighted by a blend of both modern and traditional elements, this service will be one you won't soon forget.

During the Christmas season we're surrounded by presents and gifts. Most of us give them every year. But true giving - true generosity - is so much more than a simple gift. It's a heart that's generous. A sacrifice. Love that's waiting to be received. And it lasts longer than just one day a year.
What if this Christmas we gave beyond the boxes and bows? What if generosity became who we are and not just something we do? Find out in our Christmas series "Unwrapped."
